ANNOUNCING THE ANNUAL CBS SUMMER BBQ!

To All Staff & Consultants

On Wednesday, July 18th, 2007 we will have our Annual Summer Barbecue from 11:30 am - 2:30 pm. The venue again is Georges Island in Montrose, NY (directions will be available at your house the beginning of July).

All staff are encouraged to attend, and I’m sure you’ll love the place if you haven’t been there before because it is located directly on the Hudson River- it certainly is beautiful! Also, raffle prizes will be given away, but you must be there in order to take part in the raffle.

I would ask that staff try to team up in vehicles, but for those people who do drive, you will be reimbursed for the entrance parking fee. Keith will be sending park permits out to the houses the beginning of July.

With the permit, the parking fee is $4.00
Without the permit, the parking Fee is $8.00
Please make sure you obtain a permit.

Thank you. Lastly, your family members are welcome to attend. However, please be aware that there is water everywhere around the pavilion, therefore close monitoring of children by their parents will be absolutely necessary.

It is essential that you RSVP to your Supervisor by July 5th as to how many people will be attending.
